Ashford Oak - rustic engineered oak plank flooring, a durable and stylish flooring option that offers a natural rustic look to any room

The oak hardwood adds a timeless and classic appeal to the space, with it's distinctive grain patterns and warm tones

The rustic grade means it will feature a selection of filled knots, with some colour / grain variation and sapwood, adding to it's authentic and natural appearance

The planks are 15mm thick x 190mm wide x random lengths (300 - 1200mm) - 2.508m2 per pack

Plywood core material with 3mm Oak top-layer

Tongue and Groove joint system with micro bevelled edges, finished with a UV Oil

Install as a floating floor over a suitable underlay

Can also be fully adhered to the subfloor with MS Polymer adhesive

Recommended for use with underfloor heating systems

Selection of threshold strips, scotia, quadrant, skirting and pipe covers available

Note - recommended to apply Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner or Bona Oil Refresher after installation

	Use doormats both inside and outside the house to prevent gravel and grit
	Apply felt pads / castor cups to furniture to avoid scratches
	Clean regularly with dry dust mop (Bona floor mops and Microfibre dusting pad are ideal)
	Clean the hardwood floor with suitable Wood Floor Cleaner and mop with cleaning pad
	Recommended Floor Cleaners:- Bona Wood Floor Cleaner – suitable for lacquer finished floors and laminate flooring Bona Cleaner for oiled floors – suitable for natural, hardwax and UV oiled floors Osmo Wash and Care – for oiled or hardwax floors, lacquer finished flooring and laminate floors Treatex Floor Care – for natural, hardwax and UV oiled floors Never use excess water when cleaning your floor
	Oil finish floors should be maintained with Bona Oil Refresher or Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner
	Lacquer finish floors should be maintained with Bona Wood Floor Polish (Matt) or Bona Wood Floor Refresher (Satin)
