All orders are accepted on the understanding that the Purchaser is bound by the following conditions of Sale, which shall constitute a binding contract.
We provide a maximum of 3 samples free of charge
We aim to dispatch samples within 2 - 3 days, however some product samples may need to be order specially and can take 10 - 14 days to arrive.
Orders placed on our website – hardwoodfloors.uk.com shall be treated as firm orders and processed accordingly.
Prices shown are including VAT at the current rate and are in UK Sterling.
The Hardwood Flooring Centre Limited reserves the right to vary prices without notice.
Any discount codes will apply as per the offer details and run for the period shown, The Hardwood Flooring Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify any discount code without notice.
No responsibility for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control will be accepted.
Do not book any fitters to install your floor until it has been delivered.
Items shown as ex-stock are subject to prior sale.
Whilst we endeavour to display a true colour representation of the flooring products displayed, the colours are only as accurate as your browsers settings will allow.
Please note that all sales are final, we do not supply goods on a trail or sale and return basis. However, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days for a full refund under the EU distance selling directive.
You must return the goods to us, in an unused, resell able condition, free from damage and in its original packing.
You must fill in the returns form located at the bottom of our web page to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) non authorised returns may be rejected.
Responsibility for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods is yours, so you should ensure adequate insurance is taken to cover their value.
Your refund will be paid within 30 days of goods being received.
If you wish to returned unwanted / left over goods for refund, they must be in the original packaging and undamaged, delivery of returned goods to us is at your cost, restocking charge of 40% shall apply.
Special order items, bespoke or custom made products are non returnable/non refundable, however your statutory rights are not affected.
Your Rights under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The new regulations state that we are only able to process personal data if we have valid reason to do so, this includes, but not limited to, processing and delivering an order, invoicing and to contact you in regards to an enquiry or order.
You have the right to object to our use of your personal date, or ask us to delete your data if there is no need for us to keep it, this can be done by clicking here or using the GDPR Tools link at the bottom of every page, you can also update your information, view data we hold on you and request a data report.
